Job Summary
Achieve established average per hour inventory counting goals while ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all inventories. Communicate information clearly and verbally to foster cooperation, create partnerships, and instill confidence based on demonstrated expertise. Take initiative to suggest new approaches that impact job performance and organizational effectiveness. Lead by example while demonstrating core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork. Work in a fast-paced retail environment requiring extended standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Use handheld technology with attention to detail and commit to accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
