Job Summary
Transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner while safely driving a van or personal vehicle. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to assigned retail locations and lead by example while demonstrating core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork. Work standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through a performance-based pay program.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
