Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Job Summary
Transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner while safely driving a vehicle or van. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to various retail locations and meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program. You will spend most of your shift standing, walking, and performing physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. This role requires a valid driver's license with at least 36 consecutive months of experience and familiarity with GPS navigation.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
