Job Summary
Transport employees to and from inventory events while counting and recording retail stock using handheld scanners. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while meeting productivity goals to earn performance-based pay increases. Travel to various retail locations, navigating with GPS devices, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Submit to pre-employment screening and MVR checks as part of the hiring process. Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
- Must be able to safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
- Must be able to count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
- Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be able to meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
- Must be able to travel to retail locations
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Must be able to climb ladders when needed
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be comfortable using handheld technology
- Must have strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Must have at least three (3) years proven driving experience
