Job Summary
Transport employees to and from inventory events using a personal or company vehicle while maintaining high accuracy with handheld scanners. Count and record retail inventory, navigate to assigned locations using GPS, and lead by example while demonstrating core values. Work standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, and lifting items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Submit to pre-employment screening and MVR checks, and commit to flexible schedules including early mornings and late nights. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy. Join a supportive environment where diversity is celebrated.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights

- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
