Job Summary
Transport employees to and from inventory events while maintaining high accuracy with handheld scanners. Count and record retail inventory, navigate to assigned locations using GPS devices, and meet productivity goals to increase hourly earnings. Work in a fast-paced environment involving extended standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Submit to pre-employment screening and MVR checks as required. This active role offers performance-based pay increases and paid travel opportunities for those with a valid driver's license and strong work ethic.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
- Must possess a minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
