Retail Inventory Associate – Driver

Job Summary
Transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner while maintaining high accuracy with handheld scanners. Count and record retail inventory, navigate to assigned locations using GPS, and meet productivity goals to earn performance-based pay increases. Work in a fast-paced environment involving extended standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Submit to pre-employment investigative consumer reports, screenings, and MVR checks. This active role offers flexible scheduling with varying hours, including early mornings and late nights, for top retailers. Candidates with retail, stocking, or general labor experience are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights

- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
