Job Summary
Transport employees to and from inventory events while safely operating a vehicle or personal car. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to retail locations and meet productivity goals to earn performance-based pay increases. Stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment, with availability for early mornings and late nights. Submit to pre-employment screening and MVR checks. Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
