Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Job Summary
Transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner while maintaining high accuracy when counting and recording stock using handheld scanners. Drive to retail locations, navigate via GPS devices, and lead by example while demonstrating core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour. Submit to pre-employment investigative consumer reports, screenings, and MVR checks. Work flexible schedules with varying hours to support District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and late nights.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
