Retail Inventory Associate – Driver

Job Summary
Transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner while safely driving a vehicle. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to retail locations and lead by example while demonstrating core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork. Work standing and walking for extended periods, lifting items up to 25 pounds, and bending or climbing ladders as needed in a fast-paced environment. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
