Job Summary
Retail Internal Associate supporting internal sales by engaging with advisors and wholesalers, coordinating with advisors and external wholesalers for events, handling inquiries post-licensing, creating sales leads, and explaining portfolio construction and performance. Requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; involves hybrid work with a base salary of $60,000 and potential incentive opportunities; includes training and educational assistance plus benefits. Licenses FINRA Series 63 and Series 7 to be obtained after hire; Series 63/SIE licensing preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Licensing of FINRA Series 63 and FINRA Series 7 must be obtained promptly after hire (SIE licensing preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple individuals.
