Job Summary
Retail Insights Assistant at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks. Support centre management by coordinating daily retail activity, managing calendars, and assisting store performance reviews and centre meetings. Maintain accurate data, prepare reports/presentations, and ensure effective information flow across Guest Experience, Facilities, Marketing, Leasing, and Finance. Collaborate on projects to improve processes. 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working where possible. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); AI as a professional tool is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive, curious mindset. Exposure to learning and development opportunities and employee wellbeing programs.
