Job Summary
Provide excellent customer experiences by engaging in high levels of service and executing product and presentation standards. Participate in merchandise sets, replenishment, recovery processes, pricing, and signing execution to maintain established store standards. Promote company programs including customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned. Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to all employees
- Ability to meet the federal and state requirements for handling and processing firearm transactions
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
