Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, accurately processing purchases and returns, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and safety protocols. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed, uphold merchandising philosophy, and provide constructive feedback. Perform duties as assigned to support business needs.
