Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and follow through on work activities to resolve identified opportunities. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques and store operations.
