Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and handling service issues. Build business through quality craftsmanship and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with preferences for foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. You will work within an inclusive environment that puts customers first, supporting the mission to enable musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy of creating music.
