Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to build business through quality work. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues and following through on identified opportunities. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
