Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, utilizing foundational product knowledge to assist with store inventory and sales opportunities. Handle customer service issues as needed and take initiative to resolve operational challenges.
