Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and handle customer service issues as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music. Successful technicians demonstrate initiative, strong customer focus, and the ability to connect meaningfully with clients.
