Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to continually build and increase business through great customer service and quality work. Handle customer service issues and step in to resolve problems as needed. This role is part of a team dedicated to developing lifelong musicians and enabling everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
