Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on craftsmanship. Gain foundational product knowledge through the GC certification program and take initiative to capitalize on sales opportunities. Additional duties as assigned.
