Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues and identifying opportunities to increase business through quality work and sales techniques. Manage store inventory maintenance and train learners on product knowledge and repair techniques. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
