Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues as they arise. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work and great customer service. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required, with foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products preferred.
