Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned inventory as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and capitalize on identified opportunities to increase business through quality work. Gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques through certification.
