Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, identifying opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales opportunities. Build and increase business through great customer service and quality craftsmanship. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair with foundational product knowledge.
