Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service requests and customer service issues as needed. Assist in inventory maintenance and execute additional duties as assigned. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge.
