Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to increase business through quality work and customer engagement. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. You will work through the GC certification program to gain understanding of products and sales techniques.
