Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while building business through quality work. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and handle customer service issues as needed. Requirements include a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products preferred. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to develop lifelong musicians and enable creators to experience the joy of making music.
