Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Perform duties as assigned to support store operations and inventory management. This role is part of Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians and enable customers to experience the joy of creating music.
