Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty work. Assist in inventory maintenance to support business growth through quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer experiences. Handle customer service issues directly and follow through on assigned tasks to resolve identified opportunities.
