Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers directly, applying customer service principles to build relationships and resolve inquiries. Additional duties as assigned may include following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities or resolve issues without being requested. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy of creating music within an inclusive environment.
