Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Ensure a positive customer experience by interacting with clients, handling service issues, and providing an excellent service attitude. Maintain specific store inventory and execute additional duties as assigned. Requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with a preference for foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians and enable everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
