Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing service issues and providing excellent craftsmanship. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work and customer engagement. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required.
