Repair Technician (Guitar) provides maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, maintains store-owned gear, completes warranty repair work, and delivers a high-quality customer experience. Must interact with customers, service instruments with craftsmanship, and engage in activities to grow the business through effective service and knowledge of products; role may involve training others and working within Guitar Center’s certification program to learn sales techniques.
