Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to build business through quality work. Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work and handling store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, resolving service issues and providing excellent support.
