Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned inventory as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Work through the GC certification program to apply sales techniques while identifying opportunities to increase business through quality work. Additional duties as assigned.
