Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory maintenance. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues with a genuine, knowledgeable approach. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music. Candidates must possess skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge.
