Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and providing excellent craftsmanship. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture musicians by enabling them to experience the joy of creating music.
