Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers directly to support sales and product knowledge. Additional duties are assigned as needed. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music through quality service and inclusive environments.
