Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Execute additional duties as assigned, including following through on opportunities to capitalize on store operations and sales. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music through high-quality craftsmanship and inclusive customer service.
