Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar and bass instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling customer service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales through product knowledge and follow through on work activities without being requested. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission of developing lifelong musicians and enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
