Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers directly to build trust and support sales initiatives through product knowledge.
