Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and assist in building business through quality customer experiences. Interact with customers to ensure positive service while handling customer service issues as needed. Additional duties as assigned. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge.
