Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive interactions. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music through quality service and craftsmanship.
