Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Execute additional duties as assigned while applying skilled understanding of guitar repair techniques. This role requires foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center inventory and the ability to handle customer service issues. Successful technicians demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to capitalize on business growth and follow through on work activities without direct requests.
