Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and assist in sales while training learners on techniques. Work full-time hours with a schedule that may include on-call rotation.
