Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service inquiries with a focus on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Additional duties as assigned include following through on identified operational issues and developing knowledge in product, store operations, and sales. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
