Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and ensure a positive customer experience through direct interaction and high-level craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
