Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service specific store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality craftsmanship. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required; foundational product knowledge preferred.
