Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle service issues. Perform additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling them to experience the joy of creating music through quality instrument care.
